Terms and Policies

24 hours is required for the adequate processing of requested specimen vial(s)

BioGenetics Corporation customer service coordinators may be reached by calling (908) 654-8836 or (800) 637-7776, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, EST. Monday - Friday. Orders received by 2:30 pm, EST, Monday - Thursday, using the PHONE CONFIRMATION FOLLOW-UP may be eligible for delivery within twenty-four (24) hours, based on courier and specimen vial(s) availability.

To cancel an order, your request must be made forty-eight (48) hours prior to the expected delivery date, and it must be made in writing using the BioGenetics PHONE CONFIRMATION FOLLOW-UP.

Shipping and Delivery

24 Hours IS REQUIRED FOR THE ORDER PROCESSING for delivery within the U.S
48 Hours IS REQUIRED FOR THE ORDER PROCESSING for delivery to CANADA, PUERTO RICO and HAWAII.
72 Hours IS REQUIRED FOR THE ORDER PROCESSING for delivery to all other WORLDWIDE destinations.

Specimen vial(s) are shipped overnight for next day delivery unless otherwise specified. Saturday delivery is limited to and restricted by courier special delivery requirements and fees.

No Sunday or holiday delivery service available

Biological Dry Shippers (BDS/tanks) must be returned to BioGenetics within ten (10) days from shipping to avoid daily rental charges of $35.00 per day.

Billing and credit policy

  • Terms: Full payment net thirty (30) days from invoicing.
  • Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Shipping fees vary for deliveries outside the USA.

In compliance with the rules and regulations of the organizations by which we have structured our safety operational guidelines, BioGenetics cannot issue credit for the return of unused frozen semen specimen vial(s). Credit will be issued for specimen vial(s) with indices that fall below the standards set forth in the "Physician/Facility Agreement".

Customers must notify BioGenetics within five (5) days of receipt of shipment and within twenty-four (24) hours of thawing the specimen(s) to qualify for credit eligibility. The notification must be followed up using BioGenetics Product Complaint Report Form. For specimen vial(s) held beyond the five (5) day period, please refer to section C under Warranties in the Physician/Facility Agreement for specific directive regarding credit policies.
